How does ATOBAN work?It’s simple: you give us your car details and photos. We create and manage your listings, screen and negotiate with buyers, and guide you through the paperwork. You just approve the final buyer and get paid.

How much more can I sell my car with your service?On average, Atoban sellers make $4,811 more than Carvana offers, based on year-to-date results. Individual results vary, but most sellers walk away with thousands more than dealer trade-in offers.

Do you buy cars directly?We don’t buy cars. Instead, we help you sell privately to real buyers — which is why our sellers consistently earn more than instant dealer offers.

What information do I need to provide to start?We’ll need your VIN or license plate number, mileage, photos, and title status. This helps us create an accurate listing and provide pricing guidance.

How long does the process take?Most cars listed through Atoban sell in about 15.8 days on average. Timing depends on your vehicle, pricing, and market demand.

How much does it cost to sell my car with ATOBAN?You pay nothing upfront for 30 days. After that, it’s $8/month for Premium or $19/month for Premium Plus. When your car sells, a success fee applies: 3% of the final sale price (min $399, max $1,199), or 1% for cars over $130,000. Example: Sell your car for $20,000 (≈35% more than dealer offers). Success fee = $600 (3% of $20,000). Even after fees, sellers average $4,811 more than Carvana offers.

Will I receive calls or emails from dealers?No. All communication goes through Atoban. We filter out spam, scams, and dealer lowballs so you only deal with qualified buyers.

What happens after I list my car?Our team reviews your details, prepares your listing, and publishes it on Atoban.com (and other platforms if you choose Premium Plus or add Multi-Site Ads). Then we screen buyers, manage negotiations, and notify you when serious offers come in.

How does the service listing fee work?The monthly fee keeps your listing active and covers buyer screening, scam protection, and communication handling. If you choose Premium Plus, there’s also a one-time $49 activation fee. This is credited back to you by reducing your success fee when your car sells. If your car doesn’t sell, the activation fee is non-refundable because the setup work (ads + pricing research) has already been done.

Is my information secure?Yes. We never share your personal information with buyers or dealers. All communication is handled by Atoban to keep you safe and private.

How will I know if buyers are interested?We manage all buyer communication, but we keep you informed. You’ll be notified when qualified buyers show serious interest, so you’re always in the loop without having to deal with spam or lowball offers.

Can I decline the offers?Absolutely. You’re in control and can accept or decline any offer. Our role is to bring you the best qualified buyers and negotiate top value.

Can I sell my car if it's a lease or I owe money on it and it's not paid in full?Yes. We help with lease buyouts and loan payoffs. Our team will guide you through the process so the sale goes smoothly.

What if I don't have my title?You can still sell. We’ll guide you through the steps to get a duplicate title or complete the sale with a lienholder.

Can I list multiple cars?Yes. You can list more than one car with Atoban. Each listing has its own success fee, and Premium Plus activation applies per vehicle.

What if my car doesn’t sell?You pay nothing. There’s no penalty and no hidden fees — if your car doesn’t sell through Atoban, you owe us nothing.
