Contest Rules

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older.

  • No purchase necessary to enter.

  • Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Atoban and their immediate family members are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

  • Watch the Will It Sell? video posted on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, or Facebook.

  • Comment your guess for the final selling price of the featured vehicle.

  • To qualify, you must:

    1. Follow the official Atoban account (@atoban.com on each platform).

    2. Tag at least one friend in the video comments.

  • Only one guess per person per video. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. Contest Period

  • Each contest begins when the video is posted and ends once the featured car is sold.

  • A winner will be selected within 7 days of the car being sold.

4. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be the person whose guess is closest to the final sale price of the car.

  • To qualify, guesses must be within $500 of the final sale price.

  • If multiple people guess the same winning amount, the winner will be chosen by a random drawing among those entrants.

  • If no guesses are within $500, no prize will be awarded.

5. Prize

  • The winner will receive a $25 digital gift card (Amazon or equivalent).

  • If the winning guess is an exact match to the final sale price, the prize will be upgraded to $30.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed.

6. Notification

  • Winners will be notified via direct message on the platform where they entered.

  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response, the prize will be forfeited.

7. Publicity

  • By entering, participants grant Atoban the right to announce their name/username as a contest winner in future content.

8. General Conditions

  • Atoban reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impact fairness.

  • Atoban is not responsible for platform errors, lost entries, or technical malfunctions.

  • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
